It is disheartening to see that only three Asst.engineers have been posted in generation circles where more number of Asst. engineers are waiting to be relieved on Request Transfers. Also the Engineers in generation circles have worked more than two years and yet to find relievers and again they have to wait for another year or more.I hereby request sangam to take necessary action on this issue and hopefully the engineers working in generation circles will have their hopes fullfilled early please. The important thing is that there is some bp for their rescue for the engineers who join newly in generation circles that they will be posted at their will after 2 years, But tthere is nothing for the engineers who already completed 2 or more years of service in Generation circles. Hope our Dynamic General Secretary will take necessary action in this issue please. |

In Helper cum meter reader there are approximately 100 candidates completed Diploma and they have more the 15 year experience in the previous contract periods. then why the above candidates would not select TA.
