Sir, After computeraisation of Assessment/ collection
(Project Best), most of the revenue side works like
1)Entering in GMC Register, 2)PR Preparing, 3)Preparing Bill
Book Abstract, 4)Manual preparing of DC List, etc., were
withdrawn since all of these can done thro' Computers and no
one ask to continue the above said written works. But the
high officials are being compelled to maintain the
1)Application Register, 2) New Service Connection Register,
3)Service Connection Register, 4) Defect Meter Register, 5)
Meter Replacement Register, 5)DC / RC Register, 6) Service
W/o meter register, etc., in section office for which also
can be viewed/ collect data thro' computer. It is clearly
knows by the higher officials that, most of the section
office is being runs without Comml. Asst. and most of
section office is runs without Comml. Ins. too. Further, the
stationery are also wasted due to duplicating of data
maintained as hard copies. Hence i kindly request to take
necessary steps to get clear orders from the Chairman as 'Do
not maintain Hard copies (Registers) in section office for
which data are being available as SOFT COPY in our LT
Billing & Application Tracking' at the earliest. If already
instruction have been issued for do not maintained such

Sir, i am glad to inform that TA recruitment is aggressively
achieved even more delay. Now, i need some clarifications
about our requirements, 1) when the AE(D) instead of JE I
grade, it is only with speech and not in stress action where
the Court order was already obtained. 2) Also, there is
hidden approach only maintain on the JE II grade promotion,
more than 1 year and 2 months. reply is not a solution for
that achievement is the milestone. an the same we needed.All
TAs are regretted with this. 3) Also, how the LI/CI becomes
JE II grade interrupting us. 4) how the pending case,
provides effective to the present tas. 5) Already we lost 6
months benefits, could we retrieve it in the forth coming
order against the pending case.

send a comment regard marks calculation (2000 -
5&6/2001-3,4,5&6). Please see www.tndte.com/rules.pdf in
this they are given clearly in page No. 30(Classification of
successful candidates) from which year calculating the marks
for diploma award. Candidates who pass out final examination
from April 2003 onwards (joined in first year in 2000 -
2001) - 3,4,5&6 Sems. Candidates who pass out final
examination upto April 2002 onwards (joined in first year in
June 1999) - 5&6 Sems. Kindly give a new request to

getting the interview card due to some problems 1.
officially missed 2. interview letter missed on travelling
period 3. postman not issue that letters in very rural
areas, at last on the interview date please permit the
candidates from the employment exchange. issue the
application to the candidates on the interview date who ever
not get the interview letters because apprentice candidates
got permisson by using his apprentice certificate to enter
the interview but these candidates not allowed please take

course in Anna University Madurai. No reply. Similarly no

getting the interview card due to some problems 1.
officially missed 2. interview letter missed on travelling
period 3. postman not issue that letters in very rural
areas, at last on the interview date please permit the
candidates from the employment exchange. issue the
application to the candidates on the interview date who ever
not get the interview letters because apprentice candidates
got permisson by using his apprentice certificate to enter
the interview but these candidates not allowed please take
some actions
